Great operators, at a third of a US salary.

Prices start at $4,000 a month. Rarer skills or more seniority cost a bit more, and it's still a fraction of a US hire.

US salary is the median base pay across 83 matching job posts with a salary in the job posts we tracked between 3 May and 5 October 2026, mostly US. That's before payroll tax and benefits, which add about 46% on top (BLS, June 2026), and before any recruiting fee. Each role's page has the figure for that role.

Across a portfolio, it adds up.

Ten companies with one operator each at the starting price is $480,000 a year. Ten US hires at the median salary is about $1.4m a year in salary alone, and about $2.0m once payroll tax and benefits are in.

Ten seats, a year.

Pricing questions.

What does $4,000 a month cover?

The operator's pay, their contract with us, cross-border payment and admin, and our time matching and checking in. One invoice, in USD, no setup or placement fee.

Why 'from'?

$4,000 is the starting price for a full-time operator. Senior operators, or roles that need a rarer mix of skills, cost a bit more. You'll have the number before you meet anyone.

Is there a lock-in?

No. It's month to month. If it isn't working, tell us and we'll either fix it or find you someone else.

Is the price different across a portfolio?

No. The starting price is the same whether it's one company or ten.

How does this compare with an agency?

An agency bills a retainer for part of several people's time. This is one person, full time, on the company's team, in its tools, managed like any other hire. We hold the contract only to remove the cross-border admin.

What if the operator leaves?

We find you a replacement. Operators are paid at the top of their local market and work full time for the company they're placed with, which is the main reason they stay.
